The star was the fried squid which was light, crispy and with a little extra chilli oil induced a pleasant burn to your mouth. Roast veggies/potatoes and slow cooked beef was available too. The lobster poutine was well seasoned but finding lobster was a little challenging. The Tandoori Salmon cakes over the Shrimp rice was a good pairing as the salmon had the lightest hint of spices almost making it more of a Korma. The selection was a varied as ever but the whole vibe was a lot more organized and relaxed. Quickly seated with drinks and told to go and enjoy.
Doors opened early and the hostess and team of servers were attentive and efficient. No more fighting for the crab legs, lobster or shrimp.
