I had to come back down 3 times in a row because the keycard didn't work and after extensive troubleshooting it turned out the reason was because the clerk's handwriting was so sloppy that his 2 looked like a 1 and I had been going to the wrong room. I checked in the evening of Oct 4 and it went very poorly. Most times I find faults with hotels it's due to broken amenities and such, and there were some of those but my main complaint here was the staff. This is not the worst hotel I've stayed in by a long shot, but it is by far the worst HIE I've stayed in.
